Can I drink protein with warm beverages (hot water, milk)?
回答
There is no problem dissolving in warm water (about human skin temperature), milk, etc. However, dissolving in boiling water is not recommended. Dissolving in boiling water can cause lumps to form, and some vitamins lose their nutritional value when heated, so boiling water is not recommended.
